Shelley studied at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point and has attended countless continuing education courses over time. She really enjoys getting to help each special patient and making them feel genuinely comfortable at the dentist’s office.
Shelley and Dr. Courter have been married for just over 35 years. They have grown sons together, as well as seven grandchildren (four boys and three girls). Outside of the dental office, her biggest passion is participating in organizations that benefit other people! She is currently a member of the Rotary Club of Midland, Campfire of West Texas, and American Legion Auxiliary. She’s also a die-hard Green Bay Packers fan.
Melissa has been working in the dental field for over five years now, and she really enjoys growing such meaningful relationships with our patients from appointment to appointment! She studied dental hygiene at Del Mar College and is certified in laser dentistry for bacterial reduction, periodontal therapy, and oral pain management.
A Midland native, Melissa has a very rambunctious son named Dax at home. He loves getting his teeth cleaned at the dental office! In her free time, she enjoys doing fun activities with Dax like movie dates, playing at parks, and cooking. She also regularly goes to the gym and makes updates to their home. She loves singing as well but is currently not allowed to do so as the dental office – her voice is just TOO heavenly.
Originally from Andrews, Libby studied at Kaplan University and has been working in the dental field for over seven years so far. As an RDA, she loves that her job allows her to experience so many rewarding moments each day. By far, the best ones are getting to give someone back their healthy, confident smile!
Libby and her husband have two loving puppies at home – an English Bulldog named Sunday and Shepherd Mix named Maddi. While one is serious and lazy, the other is always ready to run a marathon at a moment’s notice. As for personal hobbies, she enjoys traveling, baking, shopping, and working on various DIY projects. She’s also always up for a good meal, despite having a LONG list of food allergies.
Rossi studied at Midland College and completed her dental assistant education in her hometown of Odessa. Today, she’s been working in the field for nearly two full decades! What she enjoys most about being one of Dr. Courter’s assistants is gradually changing the patient’s negative views they may have about visiting the dentist’s office. It’s always so rewarding when they feel genuinely comfortable coming in for a visit at last.
Rossi and her husband have two boys and girls at home. When she isn’t busy at work, you can usually find her reading a good book, going to the gun range, learning all sorts of new things, and spending quality time with her loved ones.
