Dr. Michael Courter wants to start off by saying thank you for considering his dental office for all of your oral health needs. You’ll find his dedication to providing exceptional services and personalized, one-on-one care to be quite refreshing. Before you arrive, we encourage you to learn more about the new patient process, financing options, and other information on our new patient page below. We can’t wait to meet you and your family soon!
Your First Visit
If you have already been receiving care from a previous dentist and are used to routine visits, we’ll get you set for a cleaning. However, if you have a specific concern, we’ll schedule you for an emergency exam and then encourage you to schedule a complete exam at a later date. If you’re interested in orthodontic, restorative or implant dentistry, we’ll complete a full exam and create a treatment plan designed with your needs in mind.
New Patient Forms
When you fill out a new patient form at our dental office, you’re doing far more than simple paperwork. In fact, you’re giving us the information we need to better personalize your care. This includes current medications you might be taking, previous or current oral health issues you’d like addressed, and other aspects about your overall health. To expedite the new patient process, please print out the forms beforehand, fill them out and bring them to our dental office.
Dental Insurance Welcome
Dental insurance, whether it’s from your employer or elsewhere, can be very effective at helping you save money on dental care. At our dental office, we are not currently in-network with any dental insurance company. However, we are happy to file claims on your behalf and do everything possible to maximize your benefits to the fullest extent. If you have questions about coverage, our team will be more than happy to help you every step of the way.
Do you need additional help paying for your dental treatments? At Dr. Courter’s dental office, you have options to consider. With the help of CareCredit, you can easily pay for dental treatments in more manageable chunks, rather than all at once. In many cases, you can even expect to pay little to zero interest as part of your plan! If you have questions or want to learn more about the application process, click the link below or call our dental office directly!
